If you are a victim of a crime you have certain rights by law.

Every victim of sexual violence has the right to be treated with dignity, to make your own decisions and to change your mind as you see fit.

Allegheny County Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI)

Allegheny County developed a portal with information about sexual assault evidence and the status of the laboratory testing. To access information about your evidence, click this link to the portal and submit a data request.
