  • Do you feel that your safety and well-being is in danger if you remove yourself from your current situation or stop working/ performing for anyone close to you?
  • Have you been asked by a would-be employer to sign a contract in a language you can’t read?
  • Have you been asked to pay a fee for the “opportunity” to work in a particular job?
  • Have you been newly showered with gifts or money or become involved in an overwhelming, fast-moving, and asymmetric (e.g., large difference in age or financial status) romantic relationship?
  • Are you a frequent runaway and may be staying with someone who is not your parent or guardian?
  • Are you developing a relationship that seems too close with someone you know only from on social media?
  • Are you being physically abused by a parent or guardian?
  • Have you been offered a job opportunity that seems too good to be true?
  • Have you been recruited for an opportunity that requires you to move far away, but the recruiter or prospective employer avoids answering your questions or is reluctant to provide detailed information about the job?
