Your visit to PAAR’s website can be traced by another user on your computer. If visiting this site could put you in danger, please consider using our hotline or take the necessary steps to erase your path. You must delete your “temporary internet files” and “website history”. If you are not sure how to do this, please refer to your browser’s “help” menu for details.

Within the “contact” section, visitors to our site may contact us via phone or email. A third option is via PAM, our private and anonymous message system. Unlike e-mail, which isn’t confidential, PAM requires registration and is protected. Your communication with PAAR via PAM will ensure confidentiality.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. For all communication between PAAR and children under 13, we request parent or guardian participation. State law allows all children 14 and over to contact us without parental consent. However if the child is under 13 and is at risk from a parent or caregiver, she/he may contact us, so that we can determine the most appropriate way to respond to the child’s needs.

PAAR never makes the e-mail addresses of visitors to our site available to other organizations. If you supply us with a postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, you are welcome to call us at 412.431.5665 or email us at friends@paar.net.

With respect to ad servers, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server company.

If you feel this site is not following its stated policy, please contact us at 412.431.5665 or via friends@paar.net.
