This past year, PAAR continued its steadfast commitment to Respond, Educate, and Advocate to End Sexual Violence, providing thousands of individuals with direct services through crisis response, counseling, advocacy, therapy, and support across emergency, legal, and community settings. Despite unprecedented funding challenges impacting services statewide, PAAR’s 24-hour Helpline remained available, prevention and education efforts reached thousands through trainings and outreach, and survivor-centered services continued without interruption. This Annual Report reflects the resilience of survivors, the dedication of PAAR’s staff and volunteers, and the generosity of donors and partners who make healing, empowerment, and lasting change possible throughout Allegheny County.
