Follow the Parkway East (I-376) inbound towards Downtown
Take the Boulevard of the Allies exit (also marked I-579)
From the Boulevard of the Allies, make the first right onto Jumonville St.
At the first light, turn right onto Forbes Ave.
Travel several blocks. At the first light, bear right to a ramp onto the Birmingham Bridge (do not take the sharp right down to Second Ave.)
At the end of the bridge, turn right onto East Carson St.
Travel 4 blocks, then turn right onto 19th St.
PAAR is the second building on the right (large 3-story red brick building with a wheelchair ramp)

Take I-279 South towards Pittsburgh to Exit 8 (Monroeville/I-376 East)
Follow the exit signs until you see signs for Smithfield St.
Get in the far right lane, turn right at the light, and cross Smithfield St. Bridge
At the end of the bridge, turn left onto East Carson St.
Travel 19 blocks, turn left onto 19th Street

Take the Parkway (I-279) towards Downtown (through the Fort Pitt Tunnels)
Take the first exit, follow signs for I-376 towards Monroeville
On I-376, stay in left lane and take the Grant Street exit. Exit is on left.
Turn left at the light
Go one block then turn left onto Smithfield St., facing the Smithfield St. Bridge
At the end of the bridge turn left onto East Carson St.
Travel 19 blocks, then turn left onto 19th St.

Take West Liberty Ave. north towards Pittsburgh
Get into right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnel
After tunnel, make immediate right onto P.J. McArdle Roadway (turn is right before the red light)

Travel 19 blocks, then turn left onto 19th St.
