PAAR pairs with Kitty Queen Cat Rescue to provide a yoga session with a focus on gentle movements, body awareness and listening to our needs and incorporating mindfulness of the cats sharing the space with us.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a mixture of floor and power poses, with slow transitions and focus on balance rather than physical exertion.
