Wellness Series: Zen Painting with a Twist

Breathe in and expand your wings… breath out and cocoon yourself…Leave your stress behind and join PAAR in collaboration with Painting with a Twist’s Southside location to provide a relaxing experience while exploring your artistic side. In celebration of PAAR’s new logo, our 50^th anniversary, and the transformative journey those who enter our doors take, we will be creating an image of a butterfly during this workshop. All while incorporating gentle music, breathing exercises, and some guided meditations throughout the experience.

Ages 16 and up welcome. This event is limited to 25 participants
