Join Susie Balcom, Advocate at PAAR and Registered Yoga Teacher, for a 50-minute FREE trauma-informed yin yoga flow, as part of PAAR’s Wellness Series. We will begin class with a breathwork warm up to center and ground, followed by moving through a slow-paced and restorative yoga flow, and closing class with a short, guided meditation. All genders and yoga experiences are welcome.
