Volunteers who work with victims must complete a 40-hour training program, which includes mastering active listening skills, learning about PAAR services, and understanding the dynamics of sexual violence.
Volunteers work four six-hour shifts on the hotline per month for a year after completing the training. We ask volunteers to cover one weekend or holiday shift per month for continuous service.

any time.
