• There is very little you can do to completely cover your computer usage from a savvy user or technology professional.
• When in doubt refer to the above and go to the library or other location where you can use a public computer.
• Certain browsers are better then others about deleting your usage history.  Mozilla Firefox does a good job while Internet Explorer is notoriously bad, keeping temporary files even after you have asked for them to be deleted.
